Do you offer in-store pickup?

We currently only offer in-store, local pick up of select products in Fort Collins, CO. If your products are eligible for in-store pickup, an option to select "In-Store Pickup" will be available at checkout. My package is showing as delivered but I can't find it?

If you receive email confirmation that your AW Lashes package was delivered but it is missing, you will need to file a claim with UPS.

AW Lashes will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.
