Returns & Refund Policy

AW Lashes monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at AW Lashes discretion.

Refund of Returned Package
In the case that a package is refused and shipped back to AW Lashes if the items are received in the same condition as sent to the receiver, we will refund the customer for the products only. Please note that any return shipping fees, customs duties, or other associated fees that are billed to AW Lashes by the carrier will be deducted from the refund amount. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Any products not verifiable within our system will be ineligible for a refund, exchange, or credit.

Return Policy

If you would like to return an item, you must notify AW Lashes within seven (7) days of your order being delivered and obtain a return authorization number. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received them. Your return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return packaging. Once your returned items have been received and inspected, you will be refunded for the items authorized for return. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed. Please allow 2 weeks for returns to be processed and for any refunds to be issued.

Missing/Lost Packages

We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.

Defective Product

In the case that your package contains a defective product, please contact support@awlashes.com within thirty (30) days for a full refund. Proof of defect may be required.  

Education Refund Policy

Cancellation request submitted with a 30+ day notice (must be submitted in writing), eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
Cancellation request submitted with less than 30 days but greater than 10 day notice (must be submitted in writing), eligible for the total dollar amount to be issued back to you as store credit in the form of a gift card to use on future education courses or product purchases (store credit does not expire).
Cancellation request submitted with 10 or few days notice (must be submitted in writing), not eligible for refund or store credit.
