How does the subscription work?
Our subscription club lets you receive your favorite lash products on a recurring schedule — so you’re always stocked and ready to lash. Just choose your product, select “Subscribe + Save”, pick your frequency, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Is there a discount for subscribing?
Yes! As a thank-you for committing to consistency, all subscription orders receive an exclusive discount (automatically applied). The savings will be visible at checkout when you select your subscription frequency.
How often will I receive my order?
You can choose how often your products are delivered — every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks. You’re in full control of your schedule and can update it anytime from your customer portal.
Can I skip, pause, or cancel anytime?
Absolutely! You can skip a delivery, pause your subscription or cancel anytime. Just log in to your account and manage everything from your “My Subscriptions” page — no strings attached.
Can I make changes to my subscription?
Yes! You can update your delivery schedule, products in your subscription, shipping address, payment method — all from your “My Subscriptions” page.
Is shipping included?
Shipping is calculated at checkout and based on your delivery location and order total. If your subscription qualifies for free shipping, it will be automatically applied.
When will I be charged?
Your card will be charged on the day your order is processed — which is the same day it ships. You’ll receive an email reminder a few days before your next charge date so there are no surprises.
